Just a quick tip, if you are cracking an egg into a pan/bowl and a piece of shell falls in, use the shell to retrieve it. They stick incredibly well! I ALWAYS do this and I am never “fishing” around trying to get the piece of my mixture.
Also, did you know that Salmonella from raw eggs is from the OUTSIDE of the shell? NOT the actual egg?? So if you wash your eggs and wash your hands after touching them you technically should be safe to eat raw egg… just sayin’ for those of you who never eat cookie dough… you’re missin’ out!!! 🙂
