I shop at WinCo (makes a difference what you find at which stores)…. and I have had a few people asking me what I am eating (since dropping 25 lbs in 3 months!). I also exercise 5 days a week for 40-50 minutes.

Supplements: (once daily)
1 multi-vitamin/mineral supplement prescribed by my dr.
2 flax seed Omega 3 oil capsules
Veggies: (4 servings a day- a serving is 1/2 cooked, 1 c raw)
Baby Spinach leaves
Tomatoes (incl. Salsa)
Fruits: (3 servings a day- a serving is a small piece, 1/2 c cooked/processed, or 1 cup raw)
Grains: (5-8 servings a day- a serving is 1/2-1 c. cooked or 1-2 oz dry weight, 1 slice bread)
Whole grain Brown rice pasta (incl. pasta salads)
45 Calories and Delightful 100% whole wheat bread
Reduced fat whole wheat crackers
Whole wheat tortillas
Proteins: (3 servings a day- a serving is 1/2 c. cooked, 1-2 oz dry cereal, 8 oz for the Silk, 2-3 oz meats)

Yes, despite what the MD says, I still have treats! Usually once a week I have a small prepared treat (like a candy, cookie, cake, etc)- but almost daily I have a few mini m&ms or semi-sweet chocolate chips.
