GF Angel Food Cake

Made my first GF Angel Food cake, actually, my first Angel Food cake ever, gluten or not this weekend. IT WAS FABULOUS. Tasted SOOOO delish. Add a little danish dessert and fresh strawberries and wow. Heaven on earth my friends.
NOTES on the Recipe: I used 1 cup Better Batter all-purpose flour in this recipe and since it contains xanthum gum, I omitted that. I also used powdered egg whites for 1/2 of the egg whites called for. It cooked for the entire 40 minutes and was, again, perfectly wonderful!
