Be with your family, call a loved one, have a nap, read the scriptures, meditate, stretch if you want, skype or have facetime with friends and family far away, and as always……. drink water. 🙂 Eat what you will, but try to make it balanced and include lots of fruit and veggies!!
Homemade HEALTHY popcorn is going to be my choice of snack today… try it! and if you don’t know how to make it and don’t have a popper- I’ll tell you a secret- I have never owned a popper- and do it in a pan on my stove! Ha! Email me or comment if you need directions on how it is done.
