What can change in 30 days? You and I both know that life can literally change in the blink of an eye- let alone what happens in THIRTY DAYS! If I offered you $1 Million right now, today, versus a PENNY that would double its value each day for thirty days— what would you pick?
The INSTANT gratification of knowing you are a millionaire today? Or stop and do the math on the penny to see what the outcome would be? Would you take the time? Well- I did, and yep. You did the math right.

That’s right! In just a 30 day WAIT—– you now are a MULTI-MILLIONIARE!

What is my point? That every day you have that choice. Will you choose that thing that you know from past makes you feel comfortable and offers instant gratification? Will you choose the one-time fix?? Or will you choose something that you will have to WAIT TO SEE the results from, but that you have seen work for others, you might just be afraid to take the chance. That thing that takes you out of your comfort zone, and over time, SMALL changes add up to HUGE changes and ultimately gives you the pay offs you REALLY wanted in the first place- those things that you DREAM of, those CORE VALUES coming to fruition before your eyes!

In terms of weight loss and lifestyle change: Sure, there are PILLS and CLEANSES that will help you lose in upwards of 15, 20, 25 lbs inside a month. They work. They really do. But will it truly last? Was it a LIFESTYLE change? Did you learn how to maintain that? Did you just starve your brain of its comfort food for 3 weeks and now many will go binge, feel guilt, and ultimately gain it back for a myriad of different reasons. I know that you will see differences in your health in just 30 days with consistent effort. I KNOW IT. But are you willing to take the jump????? I HOPE SO! This picture above is one of my clients (used with permission) who shared with me these photos and is SO happy about them! She has tried many things to lose weight and eat right, and has seen results. But THESE results, these ones she is making happen from small changes DAILY, will LAST. No more yo-yoing it.
