Chocolate Chip Banana PB Vanilla Smoothie!

RECIPE DAY!

Approx 400 Cals and over 14 grams of PROTEIN!



1 frozen banana
2tbsp natural pbutter
1 tbsp mini semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup Vanilla Light Silk
3 ice cubes


BLEND everything together, and enjoy!

Yield: 1.5 cups


I split this into two, and freeze one for the next day, or give one to my begging children. 🙂
