Peppermint Brownies

Peppermint Brownies

Yeild: 15 servings, 13×9 pan

1 pkg fudge brownie mix
4 tbsp dry, powdered skim milk
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1/2 c. applesauce
2 egg whites
1 tsp peppermint extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan.

2. In a small bowl, combine skim milk poweder with skim milk and stir until dissolved.

3. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, applesauce, egg whites, peppermint extract, and skim milk mixture. Spread evenly in prepared pan.

4. Bake 30-35 minutes. Do not overbake! When the brownies are cool, cut and serve.
