So tired… And yet… My brain thinks of a lot of stuff!
#1: I’m learning to keep a sticky note pad next to my bed to write down stuff so I know it’s ok to stop thinking about it.
#2: keep a personal development book or scripture nearby to open and read to refocus your mind on something specific, instead of your mind being let free to wander
#3: distract your brain with white noise, your hubby rubbing your head, or soft music.
