The Steps YOU Need to KEEP Commitments

This book.

“When we commit to something, we do things we would not ordinarily do. The question of ‘if’ goes away and the only question you ask is ‘how.’

Four steps to keep commitments:

1: must have a strong desire

2: understand the key actions that will bring your desired result

3: count and understand the cost/investment/sacrifices

4: ACT on your commitments, not emotions.

Learning to do the things you need to do, regardless of how you feel, is THEE core discipline for success.”

When people ask how I lost weight and keep it off….

Or how I’m bringing in MORE than my spouse each month from home, part time…

Or any number of accomplishments that take discipline….

The answer is the same.

Consistency and just showing up.

My days are NOT all peaches and cream. In fact, today I expressed this past week to a friend as Hell Week.

It’s true.

And yet I still brought in $1500, worked out when I could, planned my meals, read my personal development, showed up for my team/clients, rocked my babies to sleep, got up multiple times each and every night administering to sick kids, attended my gramma funeral, build Lego castles, and asked for help when I needed it from an angel who saw I might need some help.

I’m committed.

It’s as easy as that.

When you are committed, there are no ‘if’s’ there are only WHEN’s and HOW’s.
